Anita Diaz lost her mother to cancer after she was evicted from the hospital for being an undocumented immigrant. Anita vowed to take up the fight to help undocumented immigrants receive proper medical care. She now runs the organization, “Sembrando Una Semilla,” and helps match undocumented immigrants in need of organ transplants with living donors.
