Crickets: Food of the future?

While the majority of the crickets Scott Lee sells from Warrens Cricket Farm goes to fishers, he wouldn’t be surprised if the cricket industry starts catering more to chefs. Crickets have become more popular for human consumption, with more than a thousand customers buying a different type of cricket food at Bugfest in Raleigh, NC. Reporter, Amy Cockerham, dives deeper into the nutritional value of crickets and what goes in to cricket farming at the family-owned Warrens Cricket Farm.
